Ok, I got a breeder box and I have one in there that is dangerously thin, so I'm trying to feed him really well while I wait for levamisole to arrive. I don't think he will make it though.
Could you get some close up pics from the side as well?

Sorry to hear.
Separate out all of the ones that look sick, just to be safe. If it is neon disease, removing dead fish before they can be consumed at all is the only cure.
If parasites, treating all fish should stop it.

I have one that looks thin, but I feel like isolating him stresses him out more since they're a schooling fish. I'm noticing his color fade and he is eating less than he was in a group. There's others that look thin, but not dangerously thin. Hopefully I can keep them nourished until it arrives.

Ok got the expel P and I'm starting treatment now. I hope it works well since I've been seeing things online saying that it may not be effective against certain internal parasites like tapeworms.

Checking back after 1 week, there's still a few that look really thin after one done, I'm doing a second dose now. Any other advice?

Keep doing what you’re doing is all I can say. If internal parasites, that’s all you can do at the moment.
