the last pic has a bichir with a spotted pattern. The only bichir I know with that exact variant and pattern is a retro.

I have a retro too and it was mistaken sold as a moke! whatever :PPPPP
 
Teugelsi? Lol, not many species left... they're mottled appearance may look like spots, juveniles more frequently look spotted.

Well I'm 20min early but ding ding its a teugelsi! I went for the delhenzi and saw this Guy too never heard of them read they get 16" Max and upper jawed looking. So I had to get him too. Once you get one you need more

why does teugelsi show up in places other than SoCal?!?! so jealous :(
 
p.s. teugelsi grows over 20"+ haha record i believe was 26"
