Running spots and sunken head please help

I ordered 2 pairs of rays a couple weeks ago and one pair seems fine they eat and swim around like normal but in the other hand the other pair doesn’t they just sit still and even avoid food… I looked closely and see that it has sunken head and running spots and now the small male pup does too…
Waters are all in check just in case y’all ask no fish bothers them either….
might be from shipping took about 36hrs for me to get them…..

Please help what should I do…??

Try some live black worms, chopped earthworms or ghost shrimp. May have to separate. Dim lights and avoid stress on the rays for now.

Like kno4te said. Turn the lights off and try any and every option for food. What temp is the tank running?

It’s at 82 at the moment

I would try taking it down towards 78 slowly, see if anything changes. I have lost many new rays for no apparent reason. That's the fish game..

Ok thanks…. I think the reason they got severely stressed out was because of the shipping.. It literally took me 36hrs to get them because I was not at home….. some recommended to use garlic guard and some said salt with prazipro… as of now I have them in a tank with prazipro and salt… hopefully they’ll pull through…. Thanks guys for all the help…
