Just stay away from the high wattage UVB coil bulbs and you should be fine.

Im just about to buy a new UVB Bulb. With all this different conflicting information its difficult, i also read 12 - 14 hours for russian tortoises.
I was origanally just gonna buy the same as i have already used, ill try and post the stats tomorrow. Thanks guys

Is that a high wattage uvb light? 25watt?
