Looks like you hit the jackpot on live rock. Very nice, please keep us updated!

I'm not sure what the water parameter's are right now, i had the water checked at my lps few days after i set it all up and it was good. I'm going to pick up a test kit over the weekend. I would guess that the parameters are high right now, since i just put the rock in.

For the tanks stock I'm not real sure yet.

hey guys,
i know my tank is cycling right now, but how soon do you think i can start putting in some of my cleaner crew. i have the brown algae of death starting to take over. :nilly:

you would think that u wouldnt be gettin any algae just yet. might wanna just let it cycle out and then get a good cleaner crew. patience is key with salt

wow... seems fast for algae. I didn't get that till after my first 2 clowns and a star. The red dwarf hermits seem pretty hardy. They cleaned our tank in like 5 hours... it was really amazing to watch.
