Wordless, is right!!! Did you have to black any of the backround out yourself? Like using a program...

nope. the effect of using an external remote flash brings out the fish and blackens everything else :) I did use a program to crop the pics a bit because I don't have fancy macro lens that can get close enough to actually frame the fish like its shown here. haha :)

thanks guys :D

Love the blue fins.

And I think you meant, "speechless".

unless we can record our voice on the forum, we are still reading just words, not quite a speech :P hehe , jkjk

but yes, blue fins are indeed showing quite nicely :D

Damn nice bro! Still got that tarpon?

the tarpon has naturally developed some growth around its mouth from glass rubbing ( which is a relatively common natural issue with tarpons in tank ), it has moved onto a better home that the owner claims to be able to heal that. * i do plan on getting a few more smaller ones to grow out if i do bump into any :) *
It would definitely make the tank more shiny and perhaps even blinding :D

i have 5 species that are in my 180g and 360g right now. mosal, stracheyi , mussullah, tor tor ( blue varient ) from india, and some sort of malaysian tor. the malaysian ones are interesting, some have very high contrast while some are just blindingly light silver. And one of them actually developed a quite high humpback.

and then of course , the 2 species in Wes baby batch. one of which has a definite pointy snout while the others are more rounded. but nonetheless, showing great color yellow n red already. and growing FAST !
