hi , is it the lung fish that is for sale on aquarist classified ? if so its a beauty . i really dont think 8 years is a sal top age , i mean think about it the sal spends 8 years feeding and growing to almost 4 feet long and then dies .. things like lung fish and big catfish live for decades . i think if it lived to only 60 years old its had a short life .. go for it get the beast
Hi mate- yep, thats the one. I have decided not to go for the big guy- everyone I spoke to can't believe the short lifespan is right but the only guy I can find who has reared a little un up to a monster says that this is what he found..... Still, I am quite attached to my pike and wolf anyway
