I received mine tuesday,but of course the plane was delayed, had to drive bumper to bumper both ways[rush hour]. Got the fish and they were perfect!! little though. They were triple bagged and well packed. Isaac even had his secretary call me to make sure I got the fish from the airport. I can never get my fish till usally an hour after landing, packages have to be inspected[customs,wildlife, who knows else]. Thanks Isaac will order again from you in future. Rich

I'm aware of most sellers policies. This I consider to be a little bit different circumstance.

Isaac, here are a couple pics of my guy...sorry such bad quality,but I am still keeping him in dim light where they do best...he fully acclimated now and is eating like a beast as you can see he is quite filled out since shipping
