Big catfish and silvery fish that look like bait are always something to keep a very close eye on. If the TSN doesn't give you trouble your tank setup itself should be fine.
They need current but it doesn't have to be crazy powerful. If they don't have sufficient current they can develop slime coat issues. One 750-900ish gph powerhead on either the left or right wall should be sufficient for the scombs, and the TSN would likely appreciate it too. The bichir should have a way to get out of the current, such as a hiding spot.
I've got 4000 gph in my 150 and my scomb loves it. River dwelling characins seem to me to not be able to get too much current. More is better for them, but maybe the catfish and definitely the bichir won't like that much current. You should be fine with one 900ish gph powerhead but you can do more if you want.
