I couldn't / wouldn't eat mine. Howeve, I put NO chemicals in my tank. I bet there is worse pollutants in the wild water than in our tanks...Raw sewage, chemical plants, gasoline spills, paint, manure field run-off, etc.

I wouldnt drink my water dechlorinator or my ich medicine, or my melafix/pimafix. So I wouldnt want to ingest them through a pet either.

BTW, dont RCK's and CK;s get to the same size?

not that i know but i have heard in India (the clown knifes origin) they say its one of the best fishes to eat. But i love my ck. He is in a 75 now and once i feel he is outgrowing it i will begin work on my 300+ gallon plywood tank~!!

you buy a fish you buy it for life

HAHA!!! i just thought about it.. if you ate a large knife it would be like 500 dollars a pound for all of the time and money you put into feeding him. Thats a rare and expensive cut of meat, spared no expense...

wow. i just wouldn't be able to stomach eating my pet. And the only way i would is if i was tricked into it or if i was litterly starving to death and HAD to eat my fish or i would die. otherwise i would never eat my fish. (now other peoples fish thats a diffrent story:naughty:)
