sorry for your loss. i think most of us at some point have killed a dat or 2, including myself. we all have different reasons why our dats died and there will always be more to learn and that is why i am here, learning!

I got 5 more and 3 checked out tonight. I have a feeling it's something with my water. I added a water softener pillow so let's see if that is the issue. I know my water is very hard and sometimes pH hit 8.5.

I would advise finding out what killed them first, before you kill off even more! Every one knows cycling a tank first right?

I found out it was my pH causing the tank of death. The two remaining are doing perfectly fine after I added a water softener.
