i woke this morning to find my two 24inch arrows pacu tsn dead the only thing i can think off is the air supply had stooped working they were fine yesrurday i fed them sprats which they ate im gutted only left with giant gourami giaraff cat fish tank looks bare off to pup now to drown my sorows

True. In fish keeping the possibilty of failure is enormous.

its a 180 tank with two externals and two internal filters and one sand filter and two power heads which went wrong

what did you find wrong when you saw them dead ? Also , did you test your water parameters? A 24 inch fish is a great loss

So the powerheads malfunctioned? I've heard stories of owners of reef tanks that had pumps malfunction before, leading to the their fish and livestock being electricuted. I don't know if that was the case.
