if your worried about the dogs digging him up you can go and get a big flat rock of some kind and place over him were it covers a little bit around him.. they cant dig rock and usually the don't even try to move them, all my dogs are used to this sort of thing so they don't dig them up..

Thanks. Well, I did the rock thing in the past, one of my cats had a litter of kittens and 2 of them died. I dug it veery deep and put a big rocks on top and the dogs still got to it.
