You added a frontosa? Aren't they aggressive enough to do that to a catfish? Maybe he did it at night. Don't know. Just ideas.

We did take that into consideration but the front that hes in with is still really too small to do any damage and watching them all day the front had no intrest in him what so whatever. The front wad actually loving the gar and chillin with it lol.

Frontosa are non aggressive except for bite size fish... if anything..clarias cat are aggressive... especially one of this size...

Oh yes absolutly! If anything ever picked on the Claris ha had no problem defending himself. Were going to go out this weekend and try and find another one.
