Looks like a 10g. If he keeps the water clean and upgrades to a bigger tank later they be ok for now.

I was expecting to see at least twice that. I went to an Asian restaurant before and it had a 20 gallon with 15 4-5 inch goldfish in it(water was cloudy too).
