A restaurant near me has an old pacu that is in an 18" wide tank (125 gallon) and can barely turn because it touches front to back. It has a funny elongated look about it and always just sits at the bottom. It has a sad look on its face that says ' let me die'. Poor thing. Not picking but it too is in a Chinese restaurant.
Gotta love the various restaurants that have poorly set up or maintained aquariums as a display.
A Carribean joint near me used to have a 29 galling set up right in the middle of the place.You could barely see the Oscar through the murky green water...The algae was growing rampant from the constant bright lights from the ceiling strips and zero water changes.
