Friend appreciates everybody's comments and concern and says TY.

He is really devastated and is discouraged by this whole thing... sadly to say, he will be stepping out of the hobby for awhile.

I know the feeling (i'm sure most of us do?!!) Really sucks... hopefully it's not for long?!! :(
 
I hope your friend never leaves the hobby man, he has a sick collection and it's very cool that he shares it with you and us.
