Green PVC? You sure that you just can't figure out how to get rid of algae? :D

Agreed KRYLON brand FUSION,
I eat the paint chips all the time and it doesn't seem to affect us...=P

it will be dry to the touch in like 15 min. like it says but wait 24 hours to put it into the tank, to be safe...fish that huff paint get drain bamage...

ok, thanks again, and 24 hrs without my canister filter on a 55 with a biowheel be ok for a baby aro? and clown loaches? and a bristlenose pleco? and one more goofy fish?

No, NOT OK. Your biofilter will be dead in that 24 hour time period and anaerobic bacteria will start multiplying and producing hydrogen sulfide as a byproduct. Either run another seeded filter on your tank so you can fully strip and clean the one you're taking out of service. Or, buy new piping and paint/cure it for a quick swap of the old plumbing.

thanks again, I'll switch out the plumbing then, I can't believe when I was new to MFK I ONLY Ran a biofilter Geez!! Ahhh!!!! EEEk!!!!
