Opefe is an excellent reference. They are non profit and support a few really nice forums in teaching people about piranha and piranha care. But the difference between opefe and a random person's piranha care website is that opefe is actually based in science and is being constantly fixed and updated. Frank is an excellent resource in the piranha hobby. If it werent for him, we'd probably all be still feeding goldfish and posting videos of our piranha eating random animals.

dont feed them for a few weeks and they may go after anything.....i've seen my shoal try and eat the bubbles at the surface lol but theyve never attacked me.

Your biggest chance of being bitten is during netting/transport, DONT COVER THE TOP HALF OF YOUR NET WITH YOU HAND! I actually use an over mit lol

You've got a better chance of getting nipped by a shoal of giant danios than you do by RBPs. Based on your question...

...you need to educate yourself on the other aspects of successfully raising RBPs. Start here -----> https://www.msu.edu/~torresm2/piranhabehavior.html
there are MANY members that have Ps.. they have may knowlage on raising him, dont really need to turn him to another forum...

Iv had rbps for years and never been nipped, when i put my hand in the tank to move some thing they go and hide in the corner, compared to my cichlids that will attack your hand when they are breeding
