I made two acrylic lids for my 125. How ever they are sagging in the middle. Ive tried to reenforce them with other pieces of acrylic but then they sag as well. Im not really sure how to solve this problem other than scrapping the idea and buying glass lids, but then Im out a chunk of change. Has any one else ran into this or have an idea how I can solve my problem?

Half inch will sag too :) heat from your light is the casue for the most pafrt...

I just flip mine over at water change :)

:iagree: I flip mine too

Call the local glass shop with the dimensions and it them make it.
Did this a couple months ago on my 125, for $40.00 and reusing the hinges, it was was BIG bargain. Mine were glass so the sag was not an issue, just the unremovable water deposits after 2 years. Spray the new panes with RainX every couple months, and they still wipe clean like new.
