I use to own a sushi shop - my best nigori was also the most economical - by Sho Chiku Bai. always served chilled I had my customers tell me what they tasted. it elicited over 40 flavors from my customers! you name it, they tasted that flavor in it! it was a great warmer upper!

I started mixing which changed the tastings & elicited other wonderful flavors
mixed cranberry juice (now tasted like pomegranate!)
mixed with apple juice (now tasted like pears)
also mixed my house sake with lychee, mandarin oranges, mango, blueberries, lemon, cantaloupe, watermelon, the list kept growing.
if you like the filtered clear stuff, the best sake to drink str8 up is junmai ginjo premium - so smooth, served ice cold. I like Haikkaisan, drinks like pure water!
