I would suppose it would depend on the fish. I keep my dicsus at 86 degrees but they won't eat in cooler water.

my fish wouldnt eat when i first got them either but ur right the eat good now i have fronts/angels/clowns/ac's/yellow labs/a arrow/a comp and a royal pleco they seem to be doing a ok in my warm water
