Wait it out?? LOL that's like saying "I have cancer, I'll just wait and see what happens"... Hellooo, bad idea, we know the outcome. And just like cancer, there is no "cure" for Crypt., but several treatments available, which as long as done correctly and for long enough durations with careful monitoring and precise params, it can yield positive results about 90% of the time, somtimes more, sometimes less, depending on the animals immune system and the severity of the infection. I will have to find it, but I posted (Well it was before I was a mod, so Guppy posted it for me) a sticky on Marine Crypt, if I can locate it, I will post it here and even though it may not help this particular incident, it may prepare you for next time, LOL, because as much as we hate it - there is always a next time with these buggers.
