Who here adds aquarium salt to their tanks and adds more with every water change?

I add it sometimes, not too much though. My brother does only because he has puffers. hmmm

I used to, thinking that it mattered. Don't anymore, and have seen no negative effects or change in behavior in any of my tanks.

Honestly I don't think it really matters either way. Although constant salt supposedly can produce salt resistant ich.

It can which is why I do not agree with it being added all the time but it's people's choice whether to add it in their tanks or not.

i agree I only add when needed for illness ect. or if you have fish wich reqire some salt. not for general use on my freshwater though.

I use on water changes. A little goes a long way.
