Yep, added when set-up aquarium first time and keep adding replacing during water changes (applies to indoor ones only). Outdoor is salt free though i intend to do a salt dosing some time in the future (will not replace after water change)

I use it if a fish is looking a bit off it.
You dont need to add more with each waterchange as salt is heavier than water. So when you lose water via evaporation your salt content stays the same untill you add any more fresh water.

But when you are taking out water during a water change, you are also taking out salt because it is dissolved in the water.
You do not have to add salt when you are topping of the water from evaporation
