I thought it may have been mine. I got mine from Indy a few years ago, he has been around from IL, IN, OH, KY back to OH and not sure where he is now.

Did you try the Divers Den? I think I saw them there before, its always being updated. All they have now is a Banana Eel http://www.liveaquaria.com/diversden
 
This eels smallest tank mate is a 3" trigger fish and he's never bothered any thing alive. He eats frozen smelt/shrimp/silver sides and golden roaches.
