Here buddy this was my thread. There are 74 great posts in here that got me started. Read through it and see how the info gathered, covers on fish also. I"m just in the middle on setting up my 175g predator tank. I just put the live sand in yesterday and today the rock went in. You have to get into saltwater it's great but also keep some FW tanks so you have a balance between the two. Here have a look:
