I just came home to find this on my clownfish I got a new fish 2 weeks ago so that would be my guess on how it came in any ideas so I can treat it

How fast is the fish breathing? Is it swimming into the powerhead?
Looks to me like late ich.
Luckily, ich and velvet can both be treated with copper. All fish should be treated in a separate quarantine tank, the clown may not make it but the others can still be saved.
The tank should remain fishless for 45 days.
