Your Sal should start to look better once he settles in some (if conditions you rescued him were that bad). If those Sals start to breed, you will need to act fast or you could realistically lose alot of fish in a hurry. All in all, good rescue!

Oh yeah, definatly, i set up my 160liter about 2 weeks ago when i got him, and it should be cycled soon, so they'll go over there, when i see some definate signs :)

I agree 110% I had a small pair (3.5" and 3") kill everything. They are nuts when they breed mostly the male. And watch him and how he acts toward the female. My old male went through three. Spouse abusers.

Thanks, will do mate :)

Good looking fish, especially the female salvini and green terror. As most have said before your GT and the rest of the fish may be in trouble when they breed. Which will most likely be pretty soon.

Yup.

As i said earlier in this thread, i set up my 160liter tank about 3 weeks ago now almost, and it is almost cycled by now, so they will go over there as soon as i receive my new decor :)

It's a 425Liter tank.

According to google that's 112Gallons

It's not a very long tank, i'll give you that, by i like my tanks overstocked

It sure doesn't look like 112g. I don't see how you "rescued" this salvini, because you put it in a small tank with a lot of lager aggressive fish.

Honestly your GT is the one that needs saving. That savini looks like he can handle him and if/when they breed His agression and relentlessness will increase and she won't just stand by. I strongly suggest you get them their own tank set up. He is stressed and settling in, but as soon as he does settle in your GT will get double teamed.
