I have had a couple of Peacocks(Africans) earlier...they are just a pain when berserk...Just like you I suspect the Peacock...they are good stealth attackers and hunters...
As mentioned by previous comments...they go hyper and continuos attacks on any fish , will lead to death due to stress.
In my case I had to separate the Peacocks to restore peace
