Update:

Haven't done a water change yet but I will in a few minutes. They're swimming a lot now and the bigger one chases the female a little bit. I also saw some of the white stuff fall from the fish. I also noticed that the white spots reduced compared to yesterday. Here's a vid.

Really? I researched about sexing them and the bigger one has some coloration on the belly and a spot on the gill plate like a female.
