Salvini vs Jack Dempsey-who will be king

Through my experiences, I think Salvini's are more aggressive "on average" then JD's. But, JD's get larger and will become more aggressive. In time, the JD will be the boss.

i think the salvini will be fine, i have both, my Salvini rules the tank!! And my jack dempsey is at the very bottom of the pecking order

salvini is a guapote and has the power to mess anything its size up

yesw both sexes of salvini cram alot of fish into a small body they are very tuff fish but a male jack dempsey will get much larger then a salvini so in the long run a male JD would most likely be king but a male salvini being able to get up to 8'' would be a very good challenge

this is if they fight for territories JDs and alot of salvinis aren't to aggressive but fish from both species can be very aggressive but most aren't overly aggressive
