Same fish

I got told both these are loiselli. Both were baught in the same shop a few weeks apart but as the smaller one grows they look very different with head shape and colours.

The second one looks more like a Jaguar cichlid.

Its deff not a jag but I beleive the first one is a loisellie not so much sure on the second one.

How do you know for sure it's not a Jag? I mean it's obvious they gave you 2 different types of cichlids.

1st fish looks Loiselle to me...2nd fish is not a Jag, although it could be part jag(guessing hybrid). Will most likely have to grow the 2nd fish out more to get a better idea of what it is.

First one look pure loiselii second one looks hybrid.

Cas this is my jag and they look very different. The one in the second pic is growing rapidly, while the pure looking one is a very slow grower. Could poss have some dovi or jag in as they grow very quickly also.
