Do Malaysian trumpet snails reproduce really bad? I wouldnt mind having them but dont want an explosion of baby snails in the tank either.

They do reproduce pretty fast but they hide in the sand until the lights go out so you may never see them. I only see mine when i first wake up and turn the lights on, and 10 minutes later they are gone.

As for whats going into the tank they should be fine, so you shouldn't have to worry about them getting eaten. And if u do have extra u can send them to me, i can never get enough.

they're like vampires haha

Trumpet sanils will reproduce fast, especially thriving if you have plants. Our planted tank is filled with them!

MTSs you can probably get them free from petsmart

Will my yoyo loaches completely destroy my 25 snails i'm getting in tommarow or will they burrow in the sand and have enough protection?

i really want to keep my yoyo's because they are so entertaining, but i need my sand sifted an doing it by hand is too much of a hassle and i don't want fish keeping to become a hassle.
