sand vs gravel

Why not just don't do either so you dont really have a hastle to go in and dig up the gravel I would prefer that.

I love the sand look but it scratches the crap out of the tank. I will not use it again I'm sticking with a thin layer of gravel from now on

Both but more so acrylic

im going with caribsea super natural torpedo beach sand for my 300 glass.
going with 250lbs cost around $125.00 . good for rays if i decide to go that route.
