Sand...

anyway i looked at it a bit, and i should be able to just add a coupling and get the intake to come in as high as i would like. plus i could move the outtake to anywhere on the pipe. any suggestions? oh and i just found some gray play sand in our garage, but i dont recall seeing any tanks with gray sand. how does it look?

If i s the grey walmart playsand, it isn't aquarium safe and probably says so on hte bag. I paid $3 for a 25lb bag of heavy pool filter sand at home depot.
