glad to hear you got him to a friends house hurricanes and any type of storms are always bad news for fellow fish keepers. keep us posted on the outcome

Here's another shot of his makeshift refuge, not sure if the first pics worked.

Hey all thanks again for the great replies, we're still powerless and it doesn't look like it's coming on any time soon. The lines at the few gas stations that are open are incredibly long, literally a 100 cars or more in some cases. Ray is hanging in there, doing 5g water changes a couple times a day and feeding VERY lightly. I'm just thankful for being able to move him, I really hope other fish keepers in my area aren't facing total loss. I'm entertaining the idea of a donate thread for many of those in the Tri-State area and beyond to help restock their tanks and bring a little peace of mind, your thoughts?

It is crazy up there. I was driving fuel truck to fill generators from philadelphia. 3 hr trip each way. All refineries are shut down up in north jersey. Hopefully the power comes back soon

Hey all no power yet for me, stevie(orb ray) is hangin on but it's takin a toll on him. He won't eat and is getting waaay thin. My town, formerly with 90% of people without power, has restored some homes and thankfully the diner. I didnt get it nearly as bad as others, it's really sad to see.
