i've been feeding mine (jardini) live fresh water shrimp + goldies (once a week). it has developed a nice deep black to deep gold color (dark ontop, gold as you go down). it has been on this diet for 2 weeks now.
i used to do stix but its boring and i think the aro enjoys hunting the shrimp/fish down.. or its me wanting to watch it do so..
