I would go 6x2.5x2.

You can get leichardti and jardini in Australia. You can also get silvers quite easy these days too but the prices are still high.

Asians are also available if you know the right people.

Dovii is about20-25. Starting to get the blue through his fins.
Jag about the same.
Leichardi is abit bigger lenght wise, but in body mass the jag is the man.

Jardinis are heaps more aggresive than the leichardi.
Leichardis grow longer and sleeker, where as the jardini has more width in his body.
All comes down to personal preference

BTW lol, the tank is a second hand tank so i cant really choose the size oh well, its pretty good for $1000AUD (around $770US)

Tought these 2 types are quite aggresive and usually won't tolerate tank mates. it might when its younger but not when its all grown up.

with mine, if they stay out of his way they are fine, although i do keep him well feed and on a good diet
