Sashimi

Any fish actually, sashimi is just plain and simple raw fish. I like tuna and salmon

It is pretty tasty and is worth trying if you enjoy sushi (especially nigiri). I'm partial to the invertebrates (squid, octopus, etc.) as well as yellowtail & eel.

yellow tail and salmon are my favorites but tuna, shrimp, octopus etc is awesome... most all of it is pretty good.

Cobia sashimi FTW. Youll never find it unless you catch one your self. The wife and I also make our own sushi out of snapper and spanish mackerel we catch.
