Satanoperca daemon and Saxastilis

I kept myseri with my lents, seems to hold their own. And I've kept spectabile, but never kraussi. I imagine they would be like the other Caquetaia, so should be alright. I suggest getting a fairly large one since the lents will blow them away on growth.

Just saw that My lfs has psittacus aswell... How are they?

I have a Cr. Menezesi or Saxastillas w/ my S. Leucosticta and Geo. Altifrons and there is no aggression from the pike in my 240g. When I had a 75g, the pike would punk them. All fish are around the same size. If I can find more saxastillas, they'd be in my tank. They seem to keep to their own.

Definitely do the psittacus. They are able to hold their own against pikes, and look hella awesome in the same tank!

If i go with the daemons, how many can i keep in my tank?
And same goes for psittacus, how many?

I wouldn't push it too much. I'd say about three or four of each would be about your max. Satanoperca daemon gets 12", and Hoplarchus psittacus can get almost to 16". Both are big fish.
