These two have settled in nicely into the new 300 gallon, they are 8" TL. Both are never more than a few inches away from my big male rotty so I grabbed a pic of him as well. He is also 8" TL and probably why they are always together.

fallin49er should remember this guy. He has put on another 1" or so and gotten fat. I thought you would like to see him again. He's formed a bonded pair with the big gold female even though I bought him two female rotties to pair up with. Different strokes for different folks I guess he is just not interested. He is one of my favorite fish though. Great color and a wonderful personality, he has really grown on me. :D

Justin awesome fish. Great community. My future holds a large Geo & Eartheater tank one day...beautiful !! Yours is very inspiring.

They're coming along very nicely. Great looking rotty too.

Very nice!

I hope you saved some room in there for an Abalios - my two biggest (males?) are starting to chase each other around quite a bit. ;)

Thanks, I always have room for your G. Abalios Dan. :D You should know though as soon as you remove the aggressor, likely the next in line will take it's place either until you cut down to 1 or keep a group to spread the aggression around. I keep 8 in my group. I was pulling my hair out when I only kept 3 (1m/2f).

You may to expand the numbers of a given species to a group and cut back on the number species themselves and things will calm down.

Thanks Damien. I am still waiting for some new SLR pics of your 460g. Myabe you can bring your camera next time your down and shoot some full tank shots of my tanks? I don't have any nice pics of the new tanks. :(
