That sound perfect. Just keep that CHE out of his reach, they get seriously hot. Couple of tips...halogen spots/floods for basking create nice sun-like hot spots without raising your room temp 20 degrees. And not sure what you're planning for doors, but if you go with plexi reinforce it; I didn't and mine pushed right through, it's pretty flexible.
