Thank you RedBellyRhen for getting the bird some help. Thank GOD for, "Some diseases I dont want my toothy little babies to catch." Looks like it would have been torturous death if the bird had no known diseases.
Doubt birds have diseases that could harm your piranhas. Piranhas are aquatic, not terrestrial nor the other way around in the bird's case. But feeding it to the piranhas...*speechless*
I took the little guy to our local wildlife rehab center. I was able to force feed it some worm and he ate it but I felt bad for the little guy. Before I left I put him back out by where he was originally found to give his parents a chance to take care of him before I took him away. They didnt show so he is now in the hands of people who know what they are doing
Good move. I've heard that parents won't return to their babies once they've come into human contact. They'll just abandon them since they'll smell our scent on them.
