I think those aros are injected with dye. It's not natural. Kinda like them glow in the dark fish or dye parrot cichlid. They will eventually fade off. A marketing scheme to get people to think it's a new type of breed.

This guy is a scammer. He has these ads up in Craigslist all over the Us. He doesn’t have any of these fish. He just wants you to pay him through credit card and then he disappears

So disgraceful! Can he be reported?
I called him out on this forum months ago. He keeps posting in nyc. No one is flagging it down though but if I put up a want ad for fish the crazy Craigslist police take it down within hours.

I knew he was a scammer when he sent me a price list and the prices were too good to be true. When I told him I only do pick up and pay in cash he told me to go eff myself ....

The aros are not my thing but why are they any more egregious than a short bodied RTC or a parrot?
Short body fish or hybrids are natural no matter what purists say, they can be either formed in nature or they have the ability to happen naturally since their genetics allow it. Dying a fish is not natural in any way.
