Well Pier aquatics which is my fave LFS has had these gulpers in for around 18 months which was when i first started going and since the first time i saw them ive always wanted them! But ive never had the tankspace or been able to afford it and we went back today with some other fishkeepers and i gave in and bought one :D

The owner Niel, did me a great price and is a brillaint bloke to talk to and knows a hell of a lot! He is a solid 9" long no BS..... we measured him with a ruler in the water!

Before an flaming starts he came from a tank which i would say to be either 12" or 15" square, hes now in a 2x15x15 tank with two very large eheim internal filters and a big upgrade is on the way....... Hes just one of those true pet fish...... Hes been in the tank for around 30 mins now and the pix were taken after being in for 5 mins...... enjoy and please comment!

Good looking gulper! Still want one, some day heh

Very nice! Gulpers are my favorite catfish! They have such nice personality and ones I've owned in the past would take food straight out of my hand.
