my tinfoils have been getting a little nippy with my rays so i decided i would take them out. before i got them out, i woke up the other morning to one of my 10 inch + tinfoils with a 3 inch spike sticking out his kisser. needless to say, my big ray got tired of the tinfoils mouth and decided to shut it himself. the rays barb went all the way through his cheek into the other side of his mouth. i pulled the tinfoil out after i shot the vid and pulled the barb out and 20 mins later he died. oh and dont flame me for the pacu, it was just a temporary housing.

yeah i had to pull it through the inside of his mouth because of how the rays barb is designed, he was doing fine when i put him back in, but it didnt take long for him to turn belly up

i know it was crazy, at first i thought the tinfoil did it to himself, the last time the big guy shed his barb, the barbs played with it, so i thought they might have played with it and got it stuck, but after pulling him out, i could see that barb went all the way through and then some, so i know the ray had to do it.
 
Props to the ray for showing it who's boss. Damn, that must hurt though..
