Yea man sounds good. Any nice quality males should compliment her genes nicley. The mother usually gives body tye and popa gives color but this is form the majority % of fry not all.

You gonna keep a few of the sb fry to grow out for future projects, or even to back breed to mommy.?

This is one of my favorite fish Brutish Bruce the beast.. He is the dominant fish in my comm tank even though he is not even close to being the largest

The fins on your boy are amazing!! I also like how he doesn't seem to have a flower line..

Titanium might be cool. If you like the blue then maybe shoot for a SB titanium or something? I like the male you crossed her with, def. interested to see how the fry turn out. I would like to see you cross her with another type of Vieja too... Like a Syn or something, maybe.

No flower line he has the tex markings twords the back of his tail, the false eye most cichlids have. When he was a baby he looked like a fh he was red in the chest and behind the gills and he had a more regular looking body he by 3" he started to develope the pearls and his body started to round out.
 
this was my short body but traded him for a pair of ram cichlids and a red devil but as u can see alot of pearlin on this guy
