Locomotion is the same. People act like these things are skinless and will fall apart if you fart wrong, but that's not the case. No different than Fish - Some have Scales, some don't. still, because you hade no issues, just because the snake or lizard is alive dosnt mean its thriving the way it would normaly feel.you can keep lots of things not exactly how it should be with no issues but it only takes once to ruin it.To me if you have to change all keeping habits for it then something is wrong,it would be doomed if it got out in the yards. Now having it like this, you need to watch the substrate, keep it on something totaly not natural for it,watch even closer for mites and tics and such, babysitting a herp for a few months is not like keeping or breeding them for years.I could probably keep a lion alive and good for a few months but Im just saying over a longer period of time something is bound to happen. Some ppl are going to think you can treat them the same as others, but if kids mess with it,if it gets out and a cat jacks with it,or any other situations like this then I just think its not something we should get spread all over the trade.Im not saying they are not cool looking, but thier are just so many awesome herps out thier that I just dont see it being good to focus on making more and more of these. Its for looks, and of course after someone hase been breeding them and making money and investing money they are not going to want to admit any of this,Ive been their done that, but some time you gotta face a few truths.Again, they look cool,if someone gave me one I would take care of it,just dont think they should start being regular in the trade.EricIvins;3503631; said:Because I know the people that have kept/keep/bred scaleless Snakes and Dragons. I baby sat a scaleless Tx. Rat for a few months myself that had no issues what so ever. Experience...........
