I still say if you have all his info., go down to his house, confront him face to face, and you'll either

A. Get your fish

B. Get to see some spineless PoS squirm b/c you're there to get your money back or whip him a good one :headbang2

I'd mapquest it and double check to make sure everything, including whoever this guy is, actually exists.

EDIT: I see you live in texas...that sucks, I didn't realize you were that far away...pay me $100 and I'll go to his house, he can't live that far away from me >:)

That or just nag him constantly until he breaks, or threaten with a lawsuit, attorney, that sorta thing.

I sorry to hear what happen to you. That sucks. I will try to get a number or a web site that you can report him to. I can not remember right now but some friends at work have it.

I had this happen to me five years ago. I was only out $50 but man I want that money back. I found some legal looking documents and type up the federal law on internet scrams(Just key points) and told her that she was being investigated. Charges would be drop if money was re payed in the same form it was received. I sent it usps with signature conformation just to know that she received it in case she didn't pay and I had to go further. I also stated that she had five business days. I had a money order in the mail from her seven days later. :headbang2 Good luck.
